In 1991, Darwin moved to Texas from California, where he identified real estate investment opportunities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. By 1994, Darwin was in charge of the operations of a 6,000 unit apartment portfolio. Knowing the benefit of real estate investments, Darwin has personally bought and sold more than $200 million in real estate, achieving great success with his investments.
Kelly German has over 30 years of property management experience in the multifamily industry beginning as a leasing agent and eventually supervising eight properties totaling over 2,000 units. During her years of tenure, she has won numerous awards and accolades while improving property values of her portfolio. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1989 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Management. She has been employed by Darcorp Management Group / Darwin German Real Estate Investments since 1991 and has been Vice President of Operations since 1995. Other designations have included Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Home Owners Association Manager, as well as a Texas Real Estate Salespersons License.
Dillard has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting and audit procedures. He has a BA in journalism and an MBA in accounting and finance, both from Texas A&M University. Dillard is a passive investor in nine apartment properties.
Kai is part of the in-house marketing team. Kai has two years experience in real estate and specializes in digital and social media marketing.
Brian has 35 years’ experience with an international Marketing Corporation. Brian also has 20+ years of Real Estate experience in both single-family and multi-family properties. Brian has been and continues to be an investor in over 600 apartment units. Brian is currently a co-sponsor, key person, loan guarantor, project Manager and Asset Manager for the DGRE team.
Julian Alexander is the broker and managing director of Dalrock Realty Advisors, a real estate consulting and brokerage company. Julian entered the real estate business after serving in the U.S Air Force. Geof has 15+ years’ experience as a real estate investor, along with a well-established and successful career in the business world. Starting with a single rental property, Geof and his wife Belinda developed a passion for real estate and quickly began to expand their portfolio, eventually accumulating six single-family rental properties, flipping several houses and also expanding into owner financing. Along the way, he has also sought out formal real estate training and mentoring focusing on concepts ranging from short sales, foreclosures, general real estate principles and multi-family investments. His experience also includes driving through neighborhoods in the Dallas area, knocking on doors in an attempt to find new deals and working several short sales with large banking institutions. He has invested, as a Key Principle, in several apartment properties and is a partner in a total of eight multi-family properties throughout the DFW area. He is now continuing his pursuit of their dream of financial freedom through the ownership of apartment complexes and more single-family homes, while helping others learn the magic of passive income and real estate investing.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast, Jeremy worked in finance for more than ten years in the banking, energy, and restaurant industries, most recently working as a financial analyst for Yum Brands. Jeremy has owned single family investment properties and is a member of the Operations Committee of the Park Row East apartments, a 205 unit apartment community in Arlington, Texas in which Jeremy is part-owner. Jeremy is a member of the Tarrant County Apartment Association and has earned the Independent Rental Owner Professional designation.
